Certification
EDI provides independent design verification and certification services for both new and imported plant, helping designers, importers and duty holders meet their obligations under the Workplace Health and Safety Act. Our services include comprehensive design reviews to assess compliance with relevant Australian and international standards, as well as applicable local government regulations. Through this rigorous process, we ensure machinery and equipment meet all safety, performance and regulatory requirements prior to use in the workplace. The areas we specialise in are:


  • Elevating work platforms (EWP) certification to AS/NZS 1418.10
  • Telescopic handlers (variable reach trucks) certification to AS 10896.1 (ISO 10896-1 MOD)
